Rental & Availability

What size dumpster do you offer?

We exclusively offer 10-yard dumpsters. This size is perfect for most residential clean-outs, garage cleanings, small remodels, and yard waste projects.

What are your standard rental durations?

We offer two standard rental periods: 3 days and 7 days. These options are available for booking directly on our website.

How does your availability system work?

Our booking calendar reflects our real-time availability for our four-unit dumpster fleet. If a date is available on the website, you can book it immediately. We recommend booking early, especially for weekends and holidays!

Can I rent a dumpster for longer than 7 days?

Yes! When booking online, you have the option to ass additional days to your rental. The cost for each extra day is $25 per day.

Pricing & Payment

How much does a rental cost?

Pricing is determined by the rental duration (3-day or 7-day) and your specific location within our service area. All pricing is transparently displayed on our booking page before checkout.

How do I pay for my rental?

Payment is made securely online through our website during the booking process. We use a Stripe payment gateway to process all major credit and debit cards.

How do security deposits work?

A $100 refundable security deposit is collected at checkout to secure your reservation. This deposit is not included in the “Amount Due Later” shown on the checkout page. The deposit will be fully refunded to original payment method upon final inspection after pickup, provided there are no damages or overage fees.

What is included in the price?

The rental price includes delivery, the scheduled rental duration, and the disposal of a set weight limit of material. Any fees for exceeding the weight limit of for additional rental days will be charged upon final pickup.

Delivery & Placement

Where can the dumpster be placed?

Dumpsters must be placed on private property, typically on your driveway or a flat, paved surface. We do not place dumpsters on city streets, sidewalks, or over utility access points. Please ensure the area is clear and free of obstacles before our scheduled delivery.

How much space is required for delivery?

We require a clear path and space equivalent to approximately three standard parking spots (about 10 feet wide and 25 feet long) to safely drop off and pick up the 10-yard bin.

What is the delivery and pickup process?

We will coordinate a delivery and pickup time window with you. For your safety, please ensure the dumpster is loaded evenly and nothing extends beyond the top edge before the scheduled pickup time.
